It's well made, and looks great. I had an issue with my first order and Headgear Audio was kind enough to cover the shipping and fix everything quickly free of charge. The only reason I give it a 4 instead of a 5 is because I like their litsa copper cable better. It's less stiff than the aries silver even and is just as well made.
After chatting with the very helpful folks at Headgear Audio about my requirements, they suggested I go for this cable to pair up with my beloved Audeze LCD-3 headphones. The LCD-3s have really impactful, deep bass, but their vibe can tend towards too much of a laid-back sound, which can translate to a loss of excitement.
The cables arrived promptly after being made and I was kept updated through the whole process. They came in a lovely, stylish box and pouch. So far, so good.
They are really well made with Neutrik connectors and stylish trim. They look fantastic and put the ugly stock balanced cable that comes with Audeze headphones to shame.
True to the advice I had received, these cables pair fantastically with the LCD-3, adding extra an extra dimension of clarity and tautness of bass. Indeed, I don't think I've ever heard these headphones sound so good in my system. Compared to the stock cable, this cable adds extra excitement to the sound, just an extra ounce of clarity and control that can elevate the listening experience.
Something beautiful that sounds great backed by a nice team of people. What more could I want? Highly recommended.
