The clearest way
into reference sound.
The HD 560S is Sennheiser's entry point into genuinely neutral, open-back listening — the same E.A.R. driver philosophy as the flagship line, tuned bright and analytical for a fraction of the price. Handled in India by Headgear Audio.

Reference sound shouldn't need a reference budget.
The HD 560S carries Sennheiser's Ergonomic Acoustic Refinement (E.A.R.) technology down from the flagship open-back line — angled drivers that recreate the optimal listening position instead of firing straight at your eardrum. The result is a bright, detailed, unusually neutral tuning for the price.
At 120 Ω it's also the easiest headphone in Sennheiser's open-back reference range to drive — a phone dongle or a basic DAC is enough to hear what it can do.

Will it work straight out of my phone or laptop?+
Yes — at 120 Ω the HD 560S is Sennheiser's easiest-to-drive open-back reference headphone. A phone with a 3.5mm jack, a USB-C dongle DAC, or a laptop headphone output will all get it to a usable volume with good dynamics.
How does it compare to the HD 600?+
Both are open-back and neutral, but the HD 560S is tuned brighter and more analytical, sits at a lower impedance so it's easier to drive, and costs less. The HD 600 is the warmer, more forgiving of the two.
Can I use my existing Headgear Audio cable with it?+
The HD 560S uses a single-sided 3.5mm detachable cable with a 6.3mm adaptor included — check with us before ordering a replacement cable, as this connector differs from the dual-3.5mm HD600/HD650/HD660S2 family.
