The Leo headphone cable is a neutral, very natural sounding headphone cable which is great for vocal performances.

SOUND SIGNATURE
The Leo Cable is our value full size headphone cable. Using Ultra Pure copper strands, it combines the neutrality of the Litsa Copper with the clarity of the Lisa silver at a lower price point. The Leo Cable is a good fit for improving dynamics without adding coloration. Its calm and neutral sound make it a great place to start with premium cables.
CABLE DESIGN
The Leo Headphone Cable has been designed to match the Litsa Copper Cable but with a high purity copper conductor using the Oxygen free Casting Process. The Leo Cable uses OFC pure copper. It is also the best bang for the buck custom headphone cable on the market today.
Each conductor of the Leo Cable is made up of a special varying size stranding geometry. The copper stranding is mixed with Kevlar stranding to reinforce the conductor. This makes it stronger overall and less prone to failure due to the harsh constant flexing a headphone cable receives.
SLEEVING
The Cable is sleeved with beautiful reflectable black premium Paracord made in Netherlands. This Nylon paracord is smooth and pliable which makes it nice to handle while having superior durability and a high 550 lb. tensile strength. It resists rot, mold, mildew and UV damage. Nylon paracord is also more elastic. The quality requirements and the production process of the original paracord are laid down in military specifications (Mil-Spec) of the US Army.
TERMINATION
A variety of connection options are available for your downstream connection such as the mini plug, 4.4mm Pentaconn, 2.5mm Balanced, XLR and a whole host of others. We custom build these in house to your connection specifications. The cable can be used in either a single-ended or balanced design. We use Original Neutrik gold plated connectors which fulfills the highest functional and reliability requirements. Today Neutrik is the world leader in designing, manufacturing and marketing of audio, coaxial, power and circular connectors. The wire is soldered to a connector using high-quality Cardas silver solder.
Seamless Transition from 4 wire to 2 wire
The joints at the middle of stock cable is soldered which makes is vulnerable to breaking at joints. We have developed unique technic which allows seamless transition at joints from 4 wire to 2 wire, this eleiminate need to solder at joint.
SLIDER
We are pleased to offer high quality cable slider designs.They are the best and most durable on the market. Made in USA out of anodized aluminum, they are perfect for tighten fit whenever necessary and will stay in place.

COMPATIBLE HEADPHONES
The Sennheiser HD600 has long been one of the best headphones for classical music on the high-end headphone market due to it's smooth, warm sound signature. The HD600 is not as dark and laid back as the Sennheiser HD650 and so the neutrality of the Leo Cable is the better fit for the HD600 signature. It is a great cable for a wide variety of music genres. If you are using a very warm tube amp and a forward headphone, the Leo Cable is also a good choice to keep the sound signature the same. The Leo Cable is also the most flexible of the full-size headphone cables and makes a good choice for headphones that use a single entry connection point like many of the Ultrasone headphones.

Natural, effortless, musical, refined

I bought the cable hesitant about apparent improvements it may provide, but after a week of use, I can confidently say that my HD650 has transformed into a complete different headphone. The sound is more layered, wide and smooth, it’s hard to believe that a cable change can bring so much detail and depth to the sound. I can confidently say that my HD650 with my Chord Hugo 2 can strongly compete (and win) against headphones cost well over $1000+. I strongly recommend this cable to all HD650/6xx users, You will find just how incredible this headphone really is.
I just changed from the stock cable for my Sennheiser headphones to the Headgear Audio Cable. My system is PC with USB through an RME ADI 2. The Headgear audio cable resulted in a very substantial improvement in all respects.The bass was deeper and more impactful a rich midrange and enhanced clarity and just right in the treble. I am glad to lay my hands on this headgear Audio cable.

I ordered one cable for my HD 660s and HD 650 for aesthetic reasons as headphones are like clothes or jewellery and they should feel nice, they are a piece of art. To my pleasant surprise, the quality of cable and connectors used is also top-notch.

The OEM cables connectors lose their gold plating after a few times of use, however, these Headgear audio connectors are like new even after a month of rough use.

I am not convinced with the idea of very expensive cables changing the sound profile audibly. But, one does not need to change well-made cables every so often as they last years, and the impurity of the copper used can negatively colour the sound.
The cable was thicker and sturdier but noticeably lighter than the Sennheiser OEM cable which feels cheap and rubbery.

The connectors and soldering affect the frequency response of the drivers (Sennheiser 500 series is infamous for it) and good gold plated connectors and better quality copper means that the cable does not affect the sound profile of the headphone drivers by colouring it.
[Balanced vs Unblanced]
For this, one should research the inner circuit implementation. For example, the ifi Zen and Topping D30 sound better with balanced output, but the ifi signature blue and topping D90 have no difference.
