Most stock headphone cables are made of poor, ultra-thin conductors that work as a bottleneck for sound. Poor geometries, no shielding, rubber jackets, and a whole host of other issues in OEM cables can limit the performance of the headphone driver in terms of clarity and definition.

Litsa Cables are handcrafted from quality materials in Headgear Audio. All of our cables are created with ultra-pure, single-crystal silver and copper strands and engineered to provide the cleanest, most musical presentation. Our wire is void of impurities and crystalline boundaries, leaving nothing between you and your music.

The Litsa Copper is warm and smooth with a musical presentation. Copper strands enhance the body, shape, and immediacy of the music. The detail and expansiveness of the Litsa Copper make it a flexible fit where a broad range of musical genres are played. It can also improve bass frequencies on bass-light headphones.

The smooth, musical quality makes it a perfect fit for headphones that tend to sound a bit edgy or bright. Despite its warmth, the Litsa Copper does not have a laid back, lush sound. It is much closer to neutral, making it a very natural sounding cable.

We use  4x 23.5AWG Type 6 Lits insulated stranded conductors using pure single crystallized OCC pure copper with 6N purity 99.9999%. This means more music, clarity and sound quality gets to your ears as purity in cable construction, cable design and quality of materials make a noticeable difference in the sound quality of your headphones.

The Headphone connectors are soldered directly to the conductors of the cable. The splicing method used by other cable companies using a stock cable's connectors is a poor method. We have developed many of the hard to find connection options utilizing plastic injection molded connectors. Great expense has been taken to bring as many hard to find connection systems for the most popular headphones. If you can't find the connection system you desire please contact us.

The wire is soldered to the connector with Cardas silver solder.

    Superb quality

I had this custom made for my headphones. The cables are a piece of art. Premium build with good quality components. The aesthetics and the build is excellent. Highly recommended.

    Cable matters

I bought the Litsa copper for my LCD-X and found that it was a small but noticeable improvement over the stock Audeze balanced cable. Then after a while i tried it with my ZMF Eikon (on Violectric V590 + Schiit Gumby A2) too, fully expecting it to not make any appreciable difference. The Eikon has a treble peak around the 5-6k area which is bothersome and has a somewhat dark/muffled sound. The Litsa cable to my surprise somehow balances out the sound making the treble peak more agreeable and at the same time improving the clarity. That's a win in my book. Highly recommended for ZMF Eikon just for the SQ improvement (i ordered one for LCD-X as well). The build of the cable is nice: tangle free and non-microphonic. The only drawback is that the standard cable is only 4 feet (though you can order longer cables) and i would have liked to see strain relief (shrunk rubber) at the end of the XLR socket. (FYI, Audeze cable soundwise is _not_ a good choice for the Eikon)
